Kansas City Police have hit a dead end in the search for Baby Lisa and have ceased all "active searching" which means that they will follow up on leads, but without the cooperation of the parents, it remains the proverbial 'needle in the haystack' of locating her tiny body.
The police reported last night that the parents continue to refuse to cooperate, which now increases the likelihood of a Grand Jury; something we heard early on when, in the name of a Grand Jury, a subpoena was delivered to local media for copies of their tapes of Deborah Bradley and Jeremy Irwin.
