November 2, 2011 (Video/article): John Tanko, 42, nicknamed "Jersey," aka "The Handyman," or "The Homeless Man," appeared in Clay County court Tuesday on charges not related to the baby Lisa case. Early on in the investigation, police were anxious to find Tanko and question him about the night Lisa disappeared. Neighbors near the baby's home said he would break into a house just a block from Deborah Bradley and Jeremy Irwin's house and squat in the home while the owner lived out of state, even providing that address as his home address to the court.
