Capt. Steve Young said, “I’m not sure when he was arrested but the homeless person that’s been talked about for a while, he did get arrested. It was an outstanding felony arrest warrant not at all related to this case and we wanted to talk to him no more or less than somebody that lived two houses down. So what the result of that was I don’t know but really, I want to stress this guy is not a suspect.”
Asked where police found this man Capt. Young said he’s not sure when or where he was arrested but that people knew police were looking for him and he’s under arrest on a felony warrant only. He stressed again it has nothing to do with missing Baby Lisa’s case.
