Glad also police have found 'Jersey' and hope the neighbor who saw a man with a baby around 1 a.m. in the morning can confirm if this was or was NOT the 'handyman' seen carrying a baby wearing only a diaper. The fact Bradley is ignoring this sighting is very important . No one to my knowledge has come forward to clear this man with baby up !
