Language Notes:

The subjects, Sergio Celis and Becky Celis use the following language:

*It should be noted that Becky Celis uses the present tense at all times when referring to Isabel. This strongly suggests she believes their daughter is alive. 

1. AC: Isabel's parents, Sergio and Becky , are now joining us exclusively this morning. Good morning to both of you.
2. SC: Good morning.

4. AC: This is our first chance to really get to know a little bit about your daughter, Isabel . What do you want to tell us, Becky , about your girl?
5. BC: She is a girly girl. She loves to get her makeup on and paint her nails, do your nails, do my nails, do her hair. She loves to put , um-- she loves to go out and play with her brothers, um play hard in the dirt and then come back in and get herself all girled up again. And um, she's very caring. She– loving little girl  who loves to come and give mom and dad hugs all the time, tell us we love her -- or that she loves us. A beautiful baby girl .
6. 1. “She is a girly girl”—not “Isa (or Isabel) is a girly girl”. It is expected and normal for a parent to use a child’s name. 
   2. “She loves to get her makeup on”—not “She loves to get makeup on” indicating that Isa enjoys this activity. “her” suggests Isa has her own makeup. 
   3. “She loves to get her makeup on”—not “put”. “get” as in “get made up” suggests that someone else may have put the makeup on.
   4. “…and paint her nails, do your nails, do my nails,…”—note the order: she does 1) “her nails” first, 2) “your nails”, 3) “my nails”. The order suggests that the subject considers “your nails” to be more important than “my nails”. 
   5. “your nails”–– Three possibilities:
      1. “your” = Ann Curry
      2. “your” = undisclosed individual
      3. “your” = generalization and no one in particular

Note: It is highly unlikely that Isabel did Ann Curry’s nails leaving only two possibilities. The subject is addressing an undisclosed individual or is distancing herself by placing the general public between her daughter and herself....read more

#IsabelCelis : Parents Conspire To Deceive - Accidental Death And Cover-Up ?

 

Are we on the verge of hearing an admission of an unintentional tragedy that took place inside the home of Isabel Celis?

Or, emboldened by their non-confrontational appearance (and maybe a payoff) on NBC, we will see them do another national interview, as hinted to by a family member?

Whatever the outcome, it is becoming increasingly clear to the news followers that the parents of Isabel Celis are not being truthful about what happened 2 weeks ago, to their 6 year old daughter.

Here are some of the various theories:

I.  Stranger Abduction: 

The family (mother, father, uncle) say a stranger abducted Isabel, age 6.

Why not credible?

1.  Behavior.  Parents remained silent until criticism brought them out. Parents of kidnapped children have a knee-jerk reaction, similar to a parent when a child wanders off:  yell.  They yell for the child, and they yell for help. Here, the parents did the opposite.

2.  Statement Analysis.  The parents statement revealed deception (pronouns, see analysis) via withheld information.  Father also indicated that he did not need to know "what happened" but rather, "why" it happened.  He expressed that she will never be found.

The father was not able to deny involvement when asked.  If he can't deny it, we can't do it for him.

3.  Polygraphs.  When parents are under suspicion and pass a polygraph, they announce it from the highest roof tops.

4.  Logistics.  The story of kidnapping was a stretch, from the very beginning.  The kidnapper scaled a wall, made it past 2 or 3 dogs, picked the perfect window, on the only night when Isabel wasn't sleeping with her brothers (weird) got in without being heard, carried her out, got her over the wall, and out without disturbing teen, brother, and at least 2 adults and several dogs.  Not buying it.  What is a 6 year old doing sleeping with her 14 year old brother?  This is not healthy and may lend itself to sexual abuse. II.  Accidental Death and Cover Up

#CaleighHarrison : Search Will Resume Today For Missing Toddler.

State and Rockport police are planning to check an area near Saratoga Creek where a private citizen’s dog reacted to “some type of stimuli’’ in a “very specific area of the beach’’ Thursday afternoon, according to a State Police statement.

Police were at the site on Thursday, but were hampered by the waters at high tide. Today’s search will take place at low tide, expected around 4 p.m., State Police said.

The 2-year-old Gloucester girl disappeared April 19. Her mother, looking for a ball thrown over a wall, turned her attention away for what authorities have said might have been as long as two minutes. When the mother returned, the child was missing.

State Police have said there was no sign that Harrison was abducted, but her father told a national television show earlier this week that the family believes the child was taken.

But Anthony Harrison, the girls’ father, said Wednesday on the Nancy Grace show on HLN that Caleigh’s sister had told “a couple of different stories.

She mentions a man.

It’s a little bit scattered, of course.

She is 4 years old. But she did, after a while, mention a man on the beach that took her sister.”

#IsabelCelis : Sergio Celis - Statement Analysis

6 year old Isabel Celis was reported kidnapped last week.  Her parents did not speak to media to address the kidnapper for almost a week and now has spoken to national television.  They have reportedly taken a polygraph, but have refused to divulge the results. 

Analysis Question:  Did Sergio deny involvement in his daughter, Isabel Celis's disappearance?

Please note that Statement Analysis does not interpret what one says, it listens. 

Rule:  If a subject cannot bring himself to say he is not involved, we cannot say it for him. 


Interviewer : You know, there is no easy way to ask this question, but because this is your first live television interview, sergio , let me ask you this question. what do you want to say about questions about whether you had anything to do with your daughter's disappearance?

This allows the subject to give his opinion on the question of him being involved.  
Sergio : gosh. i wish i knew where to begin. we are so frustrated to try to understand why this is happening, why this had to happen, why isabel had to be targeted. we just don't understand that. and to whomever did this, please, look at her. look at her. she's beautiful. she doesn't deserve this. she deserves to be home. she deserves to be home in her room playing with her brothers and just loving life the way she does. this is -- there's so many things that are just so frustrating and so difficult to deal with. 

This is the most important question and it allows him to speak to the suspicion of:  Were you involved?

His answer now,  with Statement Analysis.  Remember, it is easy for him to say "I am not involved" or "I didn't do it..."  Statement Analysis lets him speak for himself: 

Gosh. I wish I knew where to begin. 

Note that he only "wishes" he knew where to begin his answer.  A good place to begin is to deny any involvement in her disappearance.  It is easy and is not sensitive. 
He does begin with the first person singular.  



We are so frustrated to try to understand why this is happening, why this had to happen, why Isabel had to be targeted. 

Note that he changes from the first person singular, "I" to the plural "we"; this should be carefully noted as he is to be answering a question for himself.  
He expresses their frustration as to "why" this is happening, "why" it had to happen, and "why" Isabel "had" to be targeted. 

He does not, however, answer the question. 

Saying that Isabel "had" to be targeted may be in reference to the fact that it was only this night that she slept in her bedroom as previously she slept with her brothers.  



We just don't understand that. 

He continues to avoid the answer; and he continues to answer a question for himself.  

And to whomever did this, please, look at her. look at her. 

The sentence begins with "And" indicating that there is missing information.  Please note that he only wants the kidnapper to look at her, repeatedly, indicating looking, or seeing Isabel, is a sensitive topic.  This should lead investigators to wonder if her appearance was marred. 



She's beautiful. 

Reference to her appearance, as this is in reference to "looking" at her. 



She doesn't deserve this. 

Note "this" is close to the subject.  What is it that she does not deserve?



She deserves to be home. She deserves to be home in her room playing with her brothers 
and just loving life the way she does.

Note the word "deserves" is repeated three times, making this a very sensitive word (and topic) to the father.  



This is -- there's so many things that are just so frustrating and so difficult to deal with. 

Please note that the subject has not told us that he is not involved in Isabel's disappearance and unless he does it, we cannot say it for him.  

He is frustrated but does not say he wants her back.  He wants to know "why" but not "how", and makes no reference to denying involvement.

#IsabelCelis : A #McCann Scam In the Making - Faked Abduction And Cadaver Hits - Parents Negotiate With Network !

After reporting their child kidnapped by a stranger, the parents of Isabel Celis refused to speak to the kidnapper for the better part of a week until public pressure increased and they gave a brief statement including:

"Tell us what you want" to the alleged kidnapper.

Why would anyone wait to say this to the person or persons who took his child?

Then he said he would "never" stop looking for her, indicating no natural parental optimism:  telling us that he believes she will never be found because he will never give up.  What may sound bravado is actually pessimistic leading to the question:  Why?

Now we learn a bit more about the parents:

They are in "negotiations" with a major network for the big interview.

This should remind readers of the scams pulled off by the family of Casey Anthony in selling pictures and videos for almost a quarter of a million dollars.

It is also reminiscent of the Baby Lisa case in which a false kidnapping report was made and the parents refused to speak to local media, even though if she had been 'kidnapped', it is likely done by a local.  The mother of Lisa, Deborah Bradley called out to locals, "we're grieving!" as yet another in a list of indicators that Lisa was dead.

If the family of Isabel is in negotiations, it is indicative of hiring a 'negotiator'; either a publicist or attorney, and should spell the end of 'cooperation' with police.

Another missing child; another suspect kidnapping claim.

Should they interview, Statement Analysis will get to the truth.
